Perched at 1,700 metres in the pristine Garhwal hills of Uttarakhand, Hotel Deep Khirsu has stood as a beacon of authentic mountain hospitality since 1999. What began as a humble family retreat has grown, over a quarter century, into one of the most beloved mountain resorts in the Pauri Garhwal region.

We are not a chain hotel. We are a family — and we welcome every guest as one of our own. Our founders built this property with a single vision: to create a space where the natural grandeur of the Himalayas is your constant companion, where Garhwali warmth fills every corridor, and where the pace of life slows just enough to let you breathe again.

25 Years of Milestones

From a modest family guesthouse to one of Pauri Garhwal's finest mountain retreats — this is how we grew.

1999

Hotel Deep Opens Its Doors

Founded by the Deep family, the hotel began as a small guesthouse in Khirsu offering simple rooms with spectacular views of the Chaukhamba peaks. The first guests were pilgrims heading to Badrinath.

2005

Restaurant & Multi-Cuisine Kitchen Established

Responding to demand from travellers of all backgrounds, we established a full kitchen serving authentic Garhwali cuisine alongside North Indian, South Indian, and Continental fare.

2010

Expansion — Deluxe & Super Deluxe Rooms Added

A new wing was constructed, doubling our capacity and introducing premium-category rooms with king-size beds, attached baths, and private balconies facing the Himalayan panorama.

2015

Conference Hall & Events Venue Launched

With growing demand from corporate groups and institutions, we added a dedicated conference hall and banquet space — turning Hotel Deep into a premier destination for retreats, seminars, and celebrations.

2019

20th Anniversary & Full Renovation

To mark two decades, all rooms were renovated with contemporary furnishings while preserving the warm, earthy aesthetic. High-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and premium toiletries were introduced across all categories.

2024

Today — Still Growing, Still Welcoming
